Your £79 payment covers the following deliverables, sent to your email address within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form and current CV:
The 24-hour clock starts from the point at which we have received both your completed intake form and your current CV file. Submissions received outside UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) may be processed on the next working day.
If your rewritten CV is not clear, relevant, and ready to send, we will revise it free of charge. To request a revision, reply to the delivery email within 30 days of receiving your documents, describing what you would like changed.
One revision is included per order. The revision covers changes based on your feedback, not a full rewrite to a different brief. If your target role changes significantly after submission, that constitutes a new brief and may be subject to a separate charge.
We are a professional writing service. We make no guarantee that:
Interview outcomes depend on many factors outside our control including the roles you apply for, the volume of applicants, and employer decisions. We rewrite your CV to give it the best possible chance. We cannot control what happens after it is sent.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards. By completing payment you authorise the charge of £79 to your card.
All prices shown are in pounds sterling. The price is fixed at £79 per order with no subscription, no renewal, and no hidden charges.
Because this is a bespoke written service, we do not offer refunds once work has begun on your CV. Work begins as soon as we receive your completed intake form and CV.
If we are unable to deliver your rewrite within 24 hours and you have not received any communication from us explaining a delay, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at hello@redundancycv.co.uk.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
By submitting an order you confirm that:
On receipt of your completed documents and full payment, the rewritten CV and all accompanying materials become your property. You may use them freely for personal job search purposes.
We retain the right to use anonymised before/after examples from our work for marketing purposes. We will never use your name, employer names, or any identifying information without your explicit written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
